Facility Reservation Form
To reserve the use of any GOD International facility, fill out the following form at least 7 days in advance of requested reservation. Within 48 hours, you will receive confirmation of your reservation. In the case that the date/time/facility you requested is not available, a grounds representative will contact you to assist in making a reservation.
Housekeeping & Maintenance Request Form
Please use this form to report a housekeeping or maintenance need you have observed to the Grounds department of G.O.D. International.

This is the form to provide suggestions for the administration of our movement’s Grounds. This includes anything related to caring for our buildings and land such as housekeeping, maintenance, the community garden, landscaping, parking lots, athletic field, basketball court, Waterford Crossing apartments, and Waterford Landing apartments. If you have a suggestion that would help the care for these areas run more smoothly, we’re all ears!
